1. THU THẬP THÔNG TIN CÁ NHÂN
Menki 1000+ là ứng dụng ngoại tuyến (Offline App).
Chúng tôi KHÔNG yêu cầu đăng ký tài khoản, KHÔNG thu thập, KHÔNG lưu trữ, KHÔNG theo dõi và KHÔNG chia sẻ bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào:
- Họ tên, số điện thoại, email, địa chỉ
- Vị trí địa lý chính xác (GPS)
- Số định danh thiết bị (IMEI/IDFA)
- Thông tin thanh toán
2. DỮ LIỆU LƯU TRỮ CỤC BỘ
Dữ liệu học tập được lưu trữ hoàn toàn cục bộ trên thiết bị qua AsyncStorage:
- Lịch sử làm đề thi thử
- Tiến độ ôn tập từng chương
- Danh sách "Câu hỏi hay sai"
- Tùy chọn ngôn ngữ (Tiếng Việt / Tiếng Nhật)
Chúng tôi KHÔNG có máy chủ (Server) và KHÔNG truy cập dữ liệu từ xa.
3. DỊCH VỤ QUẢNG CÁO — GOOGLE ADMOB
Menki 1000+ sử dụng Google AdMob để hiển thị quảng cáo và duy trì miễn phí ứng dụng.
Dữ liệu có thể được thu thập cho mục đích quảng cáo:
- Device ID — Mã định danh thiết bị, dùng cho quảng cáo bên thứ ba
- Dữ liệu quảng cáo — Dữ liệu sử dụng ứng dụng, click và impression quảng cáo
- Loại thiết bị và hệ điều hành
- Vị trí địa lý ước tính
Khi khởi động ứng dụng lần đầu, iOS sẽ hiển thị popup ATT (App Tracking Transparency) để hỏi quyền theo dõi. Bạn có toàn quyền từ chối mà không ảnh hưởng đến tính năng của ứng dụng.
Kiểm soát theo dõi quảng cáo:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Bật/Tắt "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Bật/Tắt "Opt out of Personalized Ads"

4. QUYỀN SỞ HỮU VÀ XÓA DỮ LIỆU
Bạn có toàn quyền kiểm soát dữ liệu vì chúng nằm hoàn toàn trên thiết bị của bạn.
Khi gỡ ứng dụng (Uninstall), hệ điều hành tự động xóa 100% dữ liệu cục bộ. Không có bản sao nào được giữ trên server.
5. BẢO VỆ TRẺ EM
Ứng dụng tuân thủ:
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — Hoa Kỳ)
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation — Châu Âu)
Menki 1000+ không hướng đến đối tượng trẻ em. Người dùng mục tiêu là người từ 16 tuổi trở lên — độ tuổi đủ điều kiện thi bằng lái xe máy tại Nhật Bản.
6. COOKIES
Menki 1000+ KHÔNG sử dụng cookies hoặc công nghệ theo dõi tương tự.
Trang web GitHub Pages có thể sử dụng cookies cơ bản để hoạt động.

2. ローカルデータの保存について

3. 広告サービス — GOOGLE ADMOB
Menki 1000+はGoogle AdMobを使用して広告を表示し、アプリを無料で維持しております。
広告目的で収集される可能性があるデータ：
- デバイスID — サードパーティ広告に使用されるデバイス識別子
- 広告データ — アプリ使用データ、広告のクリックとインプレッション
- デバイスの種類とOS
- 推定位置情報
アプリの初回起動時に、iOSはATT（App Tracking Transparency）ポップアップを表示し、トラッキングの許可を求めます。拒否してもアプリの機能に影響はありません。
広告トラッキングの管理：
- iOS：設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング → 「Appによるトラッキングを許可」のオン/オフ
- Android：設定 → Google → 広告 → 「パーソナライズド広告をオフ」のオン/オフ

4. ユーザーのデータ管理および削除の権利
すべてのデータはユーザーのデバイスに保存されているため、ユーザー自身が完全な管理権限を持ちます。
アプリをアンインストール（削除）すると、OSの標準機能によりローカルデータが100%自動的に完全消去されます。サーバーにコピーが残ることは一切ありません。
5. 子ども向けのプライバシー保護
当アプリは以下の法律を遵守しております：
- COPPA（Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — 米国）
- GDPR（General Data Protection Regulation — EU）
Menki 1000+は子どもを対象としておりません。対象ユーザーは原付免許の受験資格を持つ16歳以上の方です。
6. Cookieについて
Menki 1000+はCookieまたは類似のトラッキングテクノロジーを一切使用しません。

We do NOT have a server and do NOT access data remotely.
3. ADVERTISING SERVICE — GOOGLE ADMOB
Menki 1000+ uses Google AdMob to display ads and maintain the free application.
Data that may be collected for advertising purposes:
- Device ID — Device identifier used for third-party advertising
- Advertising Data — App usage data, ad clicks and impressions
- Device type and operating system
- Estimated geolocation
Upon first launch, iOS will display an ATT (App Tracking Transparency) popup requesting tracking permission. You may decline without affecting any app functionality.

- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Toggle "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Toggle "Opt out of Personalized Ads"

4. DATA OWNERSHIP AND DELETION
You have full control over your data because it resides entirely on your device.
When you uninstall the app, the operating system automatically deletes 100% of local data. No copies are kept on any server.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION
The application complies with:
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act — United States)
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation — Europe)
Menki 1000+ is not directed at children. The target audience is users aged 16 and above — the minimum age to obtain a moped license in Japan.
